Mary Austin, the woman Freddie Mercury famously described as “the love of his life” she has spoken out against new allegations that suggest the Queen frontman had an unidentified child. She has strongly denied the notion, stating that it’s not true.
Freddie Mercury’s ex speaks out At 74, Mary has broken her silence over excerpts of the book due out in the near future titled “Love,” Freddie. The book, which is based on diary entries that are believed to be written from the alleged daughter and Freddie and the daughter alleged to be Freddie she had, claims that the singer had an infant following an unintentional affair in the home of her close acquaintance.
Mary stated that she experienced an immediate feeling of awe at first hearing the allegations. The more she considered this, the more confused she was to realize that the story could have been written without anyone asking her to ask for her opinion.
According to the book, this supposed child was a tightly guarded secret that was only known to a small group of Freddie’s close friends and family -and Mary herself was a part of the group.
Mary Austin Responds
Mary who was in a relationship before had a long-term relationship in a lifelong friendship with Freddie from 1969 to his death in 1991 she responded with:
“I was referred to as a part of an event that was reverberating throughout the globe. As I pondered it I was shocked and then confusion as to how the story, which is based on my experience was conceived without even a single person having contact with me initially. “
She continued to add:
“Despite it being said that I was aware of an existence of a child who was secretly born and that I kept it secret no one has ever tried to reach me to request an answer. “
The Book’s Allegations
The book claims that in his life, Freddie had a secret affair with the wife of a friend and resulted to the birth of a baby boy the book names solely”B.” “B”.
It is claimed it was Freddie maintained 17 books of diaries that he wrote from the time when he found out that he would be a father. They were later passed on”B” “B”.
The book also contains writings by “B” herself who is believed to be aged 48 and employed as a doctor in Europe. She claims that she had a an intimate and affectionate friendship to Freddie “from the moment I was born” until the last 15 years of his lifespan.
The account of “B” says that”Freddie”:
“Entrusted his confidential notebooks for me. “
She also claims:
“Mary Austin,” the lovely woman who was for the greatest extent his wife up until the time he passed away them, was aware of every detail about him even the secrets he kept secret. “
Mary Austin Denies the Claims
Mary insists on denying these accusations Mary strongly disputes these claims, stating:
“The reality is I’m not the person who is responsible for this kind of secret. I’ve never been aware of a child, or diaries. “
She also said:
“I am not aware of the diaries, or of them being handed over to the child. I was with him the majority of days during the months leading up to his passing. If Freddie did indeed have an infant without me knowing any details about it, that would have been awe inspiring to me. “
Freddie Mercury passed away in 1991 due to the bronchial infection caused by complications caused by AIDS.
